As shown above photos, a temperature monitoring chart for the month of August 2016 posted in the cold room (1989 Toshiba model) wherein we record the temperature twice a day (morning and afternoon) using Fridge-tag 2 temperature monitoring tool.
Arnulfo, thank you for this posting. It would be good if you could also add the scanned image of the temperature monitor chart for all to see the details. Where is this facility? Is it a primary vaccine store or intermediate? What is the storage capacity? Thanks and cheers UMIT
In my institute, we don't use this form but in the lacal temprature recording forms like this.In my country, we also record the temprature twice a day (in the morning from 8.00 to 8.30 and in the afternoon from 4.30 pm to 5.00 pm)using Logtag to monitor.
